In 2020, the company secured an investment of 25 million yuan to build a fully automated production line for forged bucket teeth—a specialized segment within the industry. This initiative ushers the excavator forged bucket tooth manufacturing process into the 2.0 era. The production line went into operation in October 2021, with a single-line annual capacity of 15,000 tons. The company’s total annual production capacity currently stands at 20,000 tons.
