The company is an innovative materials enterprise founded in 2017. Through process innovation and the development of new materials, Zhejiang Jiwang has successfully developed forged bucket teeth. This is a disruptive technology that completely addresses the environmental challenges associated with the manufacturing of cast bucket teeth, significantly impacting the development of China’s bucket-teeth industry. In 2020, the company secured an investment of 25 million yuan to build a fully automated production line specifically for forged bucket teeth, ushering the excavator forged bucket-teeth manufacturing process into the 2.0 era. The production line went into operation in October 2021, with a single-line annual capacity of 15,000 tons; the company’s total annual production capacity now stands at 20,000 tons. Currently, the company offers a complete range of product models, with reliable product quality and strong supply capabilities, providing competitively priced products to customers both domestically and internationally!
